The Mother of all Bitcoin ATMs
Based on our standard Sintra, the Sintra Forte is about 20% larger in all dimensions and includes a beast of a vault controlled by an electronic lock. The vault is constructed from 6mm hardened steel and contains the note validator, note dispenser and computer board.
A regal beauty on both the outside and in, the Sintra Forte incorporates everything we’ve gleaned from five years of machines in the field to meet the needs of professional operators. Its robust, low-maintenance components and our zero fees set it apart from other Bitcoin ATMs and save you the difference time over time.
Manufactured by skilled craftsmen in northern Portugal.
Perhaps most important of all, we built the Sintra for the users.
We took everything into consideration and cut no corners. We evaluated the exact ergonomic height of the bill validator and bill dispenser mouths, optimised the viewing angle and size of the display and placed notification LEDs to ensure the user feels confident at every step.
All of our Bitcoin ATMs support Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Zcash, Monero, and Dash. Operators may choose which cryptocurrencies to enable in the administrative backend.
As an operator, you will have complete and exclusive control of your machine through our open source backend.
Change the commission or add a fixed fee, adjust your compliance limits on the fly, publish the locations of your machine on CoinATMRadar and choose whether you want to run a full node cryptocurrency wallet or use a hosted one.
We approach compliance in two ways. The first is to strip the complexity and bureaucracy from the user interface. The second is to give the operator all of the tools necessary to power their complete compliance plan, regardless of the jurisdiction. We do this by analyzing the entire process from collection to application of triggers and rules to satisfy the requirements of the local regulators.
Are you looking to offer two-way buy and sell functionality? Or one-way buy functionality? Do you require a thermal printer for receipts and paper wallets? The Sintra offers several customization options from which to choose.

Our user interface is intuitive and snappy. At its core there are three effortless steps, scan crypto address, insert cash, send. Additional steps for choosing alternative currencies or compliance requirements follow our strict standards of flow simplicity.
Selling crypto is ridiculously easy for zero confirmation or Ethereum, and still easy as pie for standard confirmed transactions. User simply enters phone number and gets an acknowledgement as soon as funds are ready to withdraw.
Based on field experience with our Douro and Santo Tirso models, we’ve recognised that users are sometimes confused where to insert or collect the cash notes. In order to focus their attention to the correct mouth, we’ve installed LED strips that flash for inserting or collecting the notes. Green when ready for action, orange when processing notes.
As we've built the Forte for security, we offer a couple of upgrade options to the internal vault.
Protection against ramming attacks.
Auditable lock, required by certain cash collection agencies.
